Umbrella Taxi Service | Improv in Toronto
I created this event back in August 2012. Working with Improv in Toronto, we got 15 t-shirts printed, purchased 15 yellow umbrellas and raincoats, and assembled outside of Bathurst subway station in Toronto. While the rain poured, we walked people to where they needed to go when they didn't have any shelter.
We walked whole families, or just shared an umbrella with one other person for as far as they needed to go. We had fun conversations, and sometimes just had to persuade people that this was all just in the name of free fun and spontaenous kindness!

Jenna Warriner and I were even interviewed about the event by The Weather Network. (Since it was weather related)
