Dumpster Dining (2017)

This a street installation I made with my friend Paul Gibson. We simply wanted to illustrate how much food waste is created in the UK that could still have been used to feed people; we've gone dumpster diving/skipping ourselves, and it can definitely make a great meal. So what if "food waste" was a fine dining experience?

We had a lot of fun watching people interact with the installation and hopefully it made somewhat of an impact!
